Persie Distillery

Persie Gin is hand-crafted in a small, family-owned stables-turned-distillery at the foot of Glenshee in Highland Perthshire. Our award-winning gins are distilled in small batches, then bottled and labelled on site. There are six expressions. The distillery originals range is like a 3-course meal in gin, with a starter, main course and pudding of Zesty Citrus, Herby, and Sweet & Nutty expressions. As a dog-friendly distillery we also produce a range of charity gins for PADS dog rescue, where Labrador Gin, Spaniel Gin and Dachshund Gin Liqueur reflect the different breeds! In 2020 Persie launched our silky smooth Pusscat Vodka. Like our dog gins we donate money for every bottle sold to Edinburgh Dog & Cat Home, one of the largest animal welfare facilities in Scotland. Persie is open for tours (currently virtual tours only) and all products are available to order online.
