A firm favourite in Perth’s restaurant scene, North Port is a modern, Scottish restaurant that specialises in sourcing the best seasonal ingredients from around Scotland and producing simple, unfussy dishes that are packed with flavour and creativity.
The restaurant is owned and run by chef-patron Andrew Moss and his partner Karen, both of whom have years of experience in the trade. Following a temporary closure after the storms of August 2020, the restaurant has recently reopened to offer their same amazing quality food as an At Home Dining Experience.
“We’re aiming to bring our loyal customers – and hopefully some new ones! – the same great quality North Port meals and creativity, to their homes. As always, our menu will change seasonally and will include local produce as well as foraged ingredients from my daily walks."
Andrew’s first At Home menu is available to view now and will change at the end of February, and then monthly from then on. It’s hoped though, that this will be back in the hustle and bustle of their North Port Restaurant.
All of the dishes are served hot and ready to eat, so there is no need to cook the meal yourself. They’re offering kerbside collection from the restaurant and a limited number of local delivery slots.

Opened nearly 30 years ago, Willows has remained a firm favourite for the people of Perth, thanks in no small part to their great quality food and a team that genuinely cares about providing fantastic service.
During lockdown they offering the majority of their menu, and orders can either be called in or ordered online so whether you’re working from home, self-isolating or simply don’t have time to cook Willows has the entire family covered for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Your food and drink can then be picked up at their safe collection point outside, or alternatively, they can deliver it straight to your door.
Willows is currently open 7 days a week; Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 3pm, and Friday and Saturday, 10am until dinner service is over.

One of Perth's newest eateries, 109 Cafe is an independent coffee shop based on South Street in Perth.
Serving up locally sourced coffee from The Bean Shop - and adding the froth using milk from Perth Produce - they believe that if you are going to serve coffee, you should do it properly! That's why they've invested in the best equipment and why they make sure all of their baristas are fully trained before selling a single coffee.
The menu is just as tasty, with a wide selection of hot breakfast rolls, delicious homemade soup and a variety of freshly prepared toasties and paninis. They also offer a range of cakes, traybakes, snacks, drinks and crisps.
The team at 109 Cafe is now offering their menu though 109 Cafe at Uber Eats allowing their regular loyal customers - and those new to the table! - to enjoy handcrafted coffees and food at home.

Husband and wife team Herve and Paula Tabourel opened Cardo Restaurant in 2006 as Pig’ Halle Restaurant. The core values of running a local restaurant means using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Meat is supplied by award winning butcher Henderson’s of Glenrothes and fish and seafood is supplied by George Campbell & Sons in Perth. When lockdown kicked in, freelance chef, Serena McIvor, needed to re-invent how she could get delicious dinners to her customers - and The Home Menu was born! Initially delivering to her local area of South Perthshire, she now sends nationwide using overnight courier.
Serena has developed menus for a month at a time, taking particular care to include as much Scottish produce as possible. Brasserie style but including menus with Thai and Asian influences they cater for a wide range of tastes.
Serena commented, "By putting up four weeks menus in advance customers can plan their night off cooking, or at home date night. All the food is pre-cooked and only requires re-heating, full instructions are included with the meal. And becasue we've gone nationwide, we can deliver to families, friends or companies looking to organise a virtual dinner and catch up. It's really special."

Murrays Bakers of Perth was founded in 1901 by John Murray - great grandfather of the current proprietor, Linda Hill - and is now in its fourth generation of ownership.
