June McEwan will host our winter wreath making workshop on 14th December. The workshop will involve an introduction to the techniques of working with willow; weaving, cutting, forming shapes and learning how to make a wreath.
Participants will be take home their Winter Wreath creation.
If you have your own secataurs, please bring them along and any personal items you may want to incorporate into your wreath. Donations of greenery are also welcome, but all materials are provided, including Christmas baubles, cones, dry fruit and some ribbon. There will be a selection of wooden decorative objects available to buy as add-ons to your wreath.
Once your masterpiece has been created, join us in the restaurant and enjoy a delicious 3 course festive lunch to round off your morning.

Scotland’s very first market with 45- 50 stalls offering a variety of quality food and drink.
The Producers themselves run their stalls and they love to chat to their customers. You can find out lots of interesting facts about the products and there are sometimes samples so you can try before you buy!

Enjoy a real community New Year party in the beautiful Highland Perthshire town of Pitlochry. Join in the fun with the pipe band, ceilidh dancing in the street, children’s entertainment, food and mulled wine. Entry to the party is free, with funds raised from donations for the food and drink, and raffle ticket sales.

In this talk, the Executive Director of Nourish Scotland explores what it means to be a Good Food Nation, and outlines some of the challenges Scotland will face in getting there.

Join us for a celebration of the life, loves, poetry and song of Scotland’s Bard, Robert Burns. Your evening begins with a piped entrance into the Festival Restaurant for a traditional supper. Take your seat for a feast of warm, reekin’ rich Scottish fare, the Selkirk Grace, Address to the Haggis and a’ that, plus a glass of Dewar’s famous Aberfeldy amber.
The entertainment continues with a concert of poetry, song and music performed by the talented Jambouree Cabaret Singers with Musical Director, Edna Auld. They will take you through the life and loves of the great man, with arrangements to enjoy such as Willie Brew’d and The Star O’ Robbie Burns, as well as favourites such as My Love Is Like A Red, Red Rose and Ye Banks and Braes.
