There’s two rules. First, the person you choose must be dead. And second, you have to be dressed up to get in.

It’s Thursday night in the Prince Arthur and their latest theme night is in full swing. Landlady Liz is run off her feet, whilst husband Barry struggles to get into his new costume. Elsewhere in London, a young woman from Edinburgh steps off a train, determined to make her dreams a reality.

Fast-paced and irreverent, Marie is a darkly comic new play inspired by the life of Mary Queen of Scots, but given a distinctly modern twist.

Seven Drunken Nights - The Story Of The Dubliners @ Perth Concert Hall

Following its sold-out smash-hit debut tour, Seven Drunken Nights: The Story of The Dubliners returns to theatres in 2019.

Direct from the West End, the show brings to life the music of Ireland’s favourite sons, The Dubliners, telling the story of a career spanning 50 years and evoking the spirit of Ronnie Drew, Luke Kelly, Barney McKenna, Jim McCann, Ciaran Bourke and John Sheahan. This talented cast of musicians and singers bring the music of this iconic group to life. A performance that will have you singing and clapping along to such classics as The Wild Rover, The Black Velvet Band, The Irish Rover, Molly Malone, Finnegan’s Wake, McAlpine’s Fusiliers, Raglan Road and of course, The Seven Drunken Nights.

This celebration of The Dubliners is also a tribute to the universal appeal of Irish music, a
guaranteed evening of great music, raucous humour and unbeatable craic.

Nathan Carter and His Band @ Perth Concert Hall
Apr 10 @ 7:30 pm
Nathan Carter and His Band @ Perth Concert Hall

Without a doubt, he is fast becoming one of the UK’s most prolific touring artists, with his energetic showmanship proving irresistible for fans across the UK. As one of Ireland’s biggest live music acts, Nathan is becoming a household name, with tracks from Stayin’ Up All Night becoming hits, such as Wagon Wheel and I Wanna Dance

Growing up in a house where country and western music filled the air, Nathan was exposed to classic songs of Johnny Cash, Don Williams and Dolly Parton. From the tender age of 4 years old, not only learning to play guitar, piano and accordion, which plays a vital part in his live show, Nathan quickly became head chorister in the Liverpool Boys choir where he toured the world and even performed in front of the Pope in Rome.
